Support the planning and execution of branch openings, office moves, and decommissions across the BrokerLink environment Complete onsite technology and network readiness activities Coordinate with internal teams and vendors Provide hands-on support during cutovers/go-live to ensure a smooth transition for end-users Complete onsite technology discovery to confirm branch and user requirements Support branch openings, office moves, and decommissions by completing required network and connectivity tasks Inventory and document technology assets, services, and applications at each location Coordinate equipment redeployment and arrange secure recycling/destruction where required Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, checklists, runbooks, and site notes) Coordinate activities with employees, internal support teams, vendors, and partners Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Requirements
Strong knowledge of common IT hardware (PCs, servers, printers, mobile devices, IoT) Understanding of OS provisioning, configuration management, and patching/software updates Solid experience in network operations and support Familiarity with Incident Management processes/systems Proficiency with Microsoft Windows (workstations and servers)
and Microsoft 365/Office Ability to travel across Canada and work after hours as move schedules require University degree/college diploma in a related field or equivalent practical experience Strong deskside support experience in an enterprise setting Proven experience supporting Microsoft workstation and server operating systems Experience managing/supporting network environments Vendor coordination/management experience (nice to have) Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Self-starter and team player with strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
