This role develops the Password Safe product to manage privileged identities and protect enterprise access paths. The team delivers secure, scalable software that helps customers control privileged accounts and non-privileged employee credentials. You will partner with product and engineering stakeholders to turn requirements into reliable backend services. What you'll do

Service and database code is built using C# and .NET to implement backend features for the Password Safe product. Service-oriented software is created to ensure the product remains scalable, reliable, consistent, and performant for enterprise users. Functional requirements are analyzed, created, and reviewed based on use cases provided by Product Management to guide implementation. Complex software systems are analyzed, and solutions are proposed and evaluated through research spikes and AI-driven design approaches. Code written by other team members is reviewed, debugged, and provided feedback on to maintain high quality and consistency. RESTful APIs are developed and maintained to enable integration across the software stack and with external services. SQL schemas and queries are used to interact with relational databases as part of data access and storage strategies. Continuous integration systems such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI are used to automate builds, tests, and deployments. Git is used as the revision control system to manage source code changes and collaboration workflows. Network security,



certificate usage, and encryption mechanisms are applied to align with industry best practices for secure coding and architecture. Full lifecycle development is executed in an agile environment, including scrums, sprints, and retrospectives. Azure Active Directory and Active Directory protocols are used to manage identity and access in cloud and on-premises scenarios. Major cloud provider services are integrated and configured, with emphasis on Azure services that support identity security. Clear written and verbal communication is maintained with stakeholders to convey technical decisions and trade-offs. Requirements

A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is required along with 2 to 4 years of skilled experience. The ability to understand and contribute to any part of the software stack is necessary for effective collaboration and implementation. Experience working remotely, independently, and within a team environment is required to succeed in this role. C#, IIS, .NET, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and NuGet packages must be used in daily development work. RESTful API design and implementation experience is required to support service integration. SQL and relational database schema knowledge is required for data modeling and query optimization. Experience with unit tests, functional tests,



integration tests, and end-to-end tests is required to ensure product quality. At least one continuous integration system such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI is required for automation. Git is used for version control to track changes and coordinate team contributions. Knowledge of secure coding practices, code quality, and software architecture is required to meet industry standards. Experience with the full lifecycle of development in an agile environment is required to deliver iterative improvements. Understanding of network security, certificate usage, and encryption is required to protect identity and access paths. Familiarity with major cloud provider services, especially Azure, supports integration and operations. Strong English written and verbal communication, presentation, and people skills are required for stakeholder interaction. Full stack experience, including Angular front ends, supports broader collaboration on user-facing features. Experience writing and reviewing technical specifications and design documents improves alignment and clarity. Basic networking knowledge about IPs, subnets, DNS, and Network Security Groups helps integrate secure solutions. Agile team experience in scrums, sprints, and retrospectives supports predictable delivery. Security knowledge specific to identity and access management helps address customer security needs.
