About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director, Chief of Staff for its Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic adviser and operating partner to the AEC leadership team, with a focus on increasing the effectiveness of the VP, the leadership team, and the broader organization.



This role is pivotal in managing a small team of business operations and program management professionals, and in working with leaders to translate strategy into clear priorities, investment choices, and measurable outcomes. The Director, Chief of Staff will be responsible for shaping multi-year strategy, annual priorities, and portfolio investment decisions, as well as for integrating various insights to support leadership decisions.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in the software development industry, particularly in product management or development. A background in the AEC sector is also preferred. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in leading large, complex, transformational programs. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and driving cross-organizational initiatives. Experience in creating operating systems, and a positive understanding of how AI is used to improve operational efficiency, are essential. The position demands a global perspective, with the expectation of approximately 25% travel.
