We're looking for a motivated Grounds Maintenance Crew Lead to supervise a grounds maintenance team, ensure quality work, maintain safety standards, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

- Lead and support a grounds maintenance crew
- Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, and site clean-up
- Ensure routes are completed on time and to company standards
- Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Complete safety paperwork and promote safe work practices
- Manage timecards, crew communication, and client feedback
- Coach team members and lead by example

You'll work alongside your crew to complete:

- Mowing (push mowers, ride-ons, and zero-turns)
- Trimming and edging
- Debris blowing and site cleanup
- Weeding and garden bed maintenance




- Shrub pruning and minor landscape upkeep
- Mulching and seasonal property maintenance
- General litter control and property appearance

What We're Looking For

- Around 2 years of grounds maintenance experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance practices
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's Licence
