The QA Associate position is pivotal for overseeing quality systems within the pharmaceutical sector. Candidates should possess a minimum of a B.Sc. in a relevant Science or Pharmacy discipline and at least three years of Quality Assurance experience. Key responsibilities include managing product releases, deviation management, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Key Responsibilities: • Monitor Product Releases and ensure compliance • Manage Deviation and Change Control processes • Oversee CAPA and Master Document Management • Administer Annual Confirmatory Testing programs • Conduct audits of 3pl warehouse activities
Requirements: • B.Sc. degree in Science or Pharmacy • 3+ years of pharmaceutical QA/QC experience • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Knowledge of Health Canada Guidelines preferred • Proficiency in relevant computer software
