Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead initiatives related to industrial engineering, continuous improvement, manufacturing innovation, and the development of internal capabilities. You will work closely with other departments to optimize processes, support growth, and strengthen operational performance.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Define your teams’ priorities in alignment with business objectives and operational needs
Oversee time studies, capacity analyses, plant layouts, workstation balancing, and work method optimizations
Ensure the governance of major projects, including timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, expected benefits, and communications
Promote industrial innovation through the implementation of technological solutions, automation, digitization, and new ways of working
Lead projects aimed at improving productivity, capacity, quality, costs, lead times, ergonomics, and health and safety
Structure processes for continuous improvement, standardization, problem-solving, and production flow optimization
Analyze performance metrics, identify variances, and recommend actions or projects to prioritize
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of industrial initiatives
Motivate and support your team by clarifying roles, priorities, expectations, and opportunities for development
Promote a culture of sustainable performance, rigor, collaboration, innovation, health and safety, and continuous improvement

you will thrive in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automated production engineering, or a related field
At least 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
At least 5 years of experience in a management, team coordination, or multidisciplinary project leadership role
Strong command of continuous improvement principles: Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, VSM, Kaizen initiatives, Ishikawa analysis, waste elimination, and
Inspiring leadership, analytical rigor, strategic thinking, a sense of priorities, and a strong results-oriented mindset
Ability to influence others, collaborate across different departments, and drive projects forward with courage and autonomy
A strong interest in industrial innovation and operational transformation
