Schedule
Full-time Monday - Thursday 8:00-4:30pm, Friday 8:00-4:00pm.

Compensation
The wage for this Call Center Administrator position is $21‑$25 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. This is a new job opening.
Your Role
- Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression.
- Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps.
- Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records.
- Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts.
- Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments.
- Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a qualified and positive manner.
About You
- Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or reception role/dental administrator preferred.
- Experience with dental software programs is an asset.
- Clinical background is considered an asset.
