As a key member of the DAVACO team, you will manage on-site operations for retail finish-outs and major renovations. This role requires you to supervise subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and conduct thorough inspections. You will apply your extensive construction knowledge to ensure all projects meet client expectations and specifications.

• Manage all aspects of current store finish-out projects • Supervise subcontractors across various trades • Coordinate schedules for material deliveries and site inspections • Maintain job files and progress photos using MS Excel and Outlook • Provide excellent customer service and client communication

Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred • Minimum of 5 years experience in retail or commercial construction • Previous Superintendent experience is essential • Proficient in reading construction documents • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
