Inthisrole, theworkerwillassistthewarehouseoperatortoensuretheproperfunctioningoflogisticsoperations. Theidealcandidateisfriendly,resourceful,thorough, and attentive todetail. What you'll be doing

- EnsuredailyCore& Supportactivities(Unloadingcontainers,Receiving, Picking,Staging, Shipping,SpecialOrders,QualityControl, etc.) arecompletedon time & in full.
- Propose & leadvariousinitiatives and processimprovementspertainingto all WHactivities.




- Ensuresafetymeasures&warehouserulesareknownandobeyedby; allemployees.
- Takeaccountabilityforcore& supportactivitiesand propose action planswhenresultsare not met.
- Otherrelatedtasks.

- 2+yearsexperienceinadistribution, or fulfillment,centersetting.
- Abilitytoworkphysicallyforextendedperiodsof time: standing,movingand lifting up to 49lbs(22kg) in variabletemperatures.
- Experiencein aqualitycontrolenvironmentisa plus.
- Attention todetailandabilityto followmultistepprocesses.
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.
- Experiencein asmallteamsor startupsisa plus.
