Shopping Centre Manager to join a well-established company managing shopping centres, specialising in retail asset management, leasing, and operations.As aShopping Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a shopping centre, ensuring high standards across facilities, compliance, customer experience, and retailer relationships.This role offers a salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 and benefits.You will be responsible for:- Managing the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre and ensuring smooth running of all site activities.- Leading and supporting on-site teams across operations, security, cleaning, and maintenance functions.- Developing strong relationships with retailers, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders.- Managing service charge budgets and monitoring operational costs.- Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, statutory regulations, and risk management procedures.- Overseeing facilities management contracts and monitoring contractor performance.- Maintaining high standards across centre presentation, cleanliness, and customer experience.- Supporting operational delivery of marketing activities, events,
