The Technology Architect is responsible for designing and implementing robust technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies that align with business objectives and application requirements. This role involves evaluating and integrating technology solutions, ensuring compliance with industry trends and government regulations, and optimizing IT infrastructure performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies for enterprise systems or major application areas.
Identify policies and requirements that drive specific technology solutions.
Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to address business challenges.
Solution Integration & Implementation
Ensure the seamless integration of all technology solutions across the organization.
Perform impact analysis of technology changes on infrastructure and business operations.
Support application and technical teams in applying existing infrastructure effectively .
Industry Alignment & Emerging Technologies
Monitor industry trends to align solutions with best practices and government regulations.
Provide guidance on emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
Review application and technical infrastructure design to ensure adherence to standards and recommend improvements.
Key Skills & Experience Must-Have Skills :
Technology Architecture (3+ years experience)
Infrastructure Design & Optimization
Technical Expertise :
Hardware & Storage Systems
Software & Host System Software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to assess and mitigate technology risks .
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with IT and business stakeholders.
Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert
TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
AWS Certified Solutions Architect (if applicable)
Certified Information Systems Security Qualified (CISSP) – if security expertise is required
