Member of the Trois-Rivières factory management team, you will lead resources and will be responsible for providing support related to labor relations, collective bargaining agreement, community relations, hiring & training, pay, management and employees ad-hoc requests.
How You’ll Make an Impact Participate in the management and administration of the collective bargaining agreement: grievances, negotiation, labor relations, etc.
Act as a first responder to address requests from unionized and non-unionized employees and provide follow-ups until resolution
Develop and implement a community relations strategy to improve the relations with the community and universities surrounding the Trois-Rivières factory and promote the Siemens Energy image (colleges, universities, local events, recruitment activities, etc.) to improve the sense of belonging




Develop procedures and provide support to the management team regarding hiring, onboarding, performance management, termination, retention, succession, benefits, Health & Safety cases, etc.
Ensure the liaison with the corporate team regarding the management HR, payroll and advantages for unionized employees
Participate in the various committees in the factory
What You Bring A degree in Human Resources, labor relations, industrial relations, administration, or other related
5 to 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing unionized environment
Proven leadership skills with coaching and people development along with management experience
Strong interpersonal skills, people skills, and knowledge of problem-solving tools
