Job Summary We’re seeking an innovative BusinessAnalyst with experience in AI solutions and advanced reporting to helptransform our waste management operations. In this role, you’ll leadinitiatives to deliver actionable insights through Power BI dashboards, developand optimize AI chatbot solutions for internal and customer interactions, andidentify broader AI automation opportunities across our services. Your workwill be central to building a smarter, more productive, and sustainable wastemanagement system through data-driven decision-making and intelligentautomation.
Position Description Design, develop, and maintaininteractive Power BI dashboards that deliver clear operational, sustainability,and business performance insights
Gather business requirements andtranslate them into effective data models, DAX calculations, and visual reports
Analyze collection, routing,recycling, and disposal data to identify inefficiencies and recommendimprovements
Lead the development andimplementation of AI-powered chatbots to improve customer service, reduce callvolumes,



and streamline internal workflows
Collaborate with operations,engineering, and IT teams to scope AI and automation use cases (e.g., smartrouting optimization, load forecasting, customer self-service)
Support the evaluation andintegration of AI/ML models for predictive analytics, including reducingequipment downtime and improving sustainability KPIs
Communicate complex technicalfindings in clear, business-friendly language to executives andcross-functional teams
Stay current on emerging AI,chatbot, and data visualization technologies to inform our digital strategy
Skills& Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, DataScience, Information Systems, Environmental Science, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience as aBusiness Analyst, with significant exposure to data visualization and AIprojects
Familiarity with chatbot developmentplatforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Dialog flow, Azure Bot Service) andbasic prompt engineering
Proficiency in SQL for dataextraction and manipulation
Proficiency in Python for dataanalysis, automation scripting, or AI/ML model integration
Strong communication skills with ademonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business needs
Act as a liaison between the Western Operationsteams and the National IT Team to facilitate communication and projectcoordination.
Communicate and disseminate relevantinformation,



updates, and project developments to internal teams.
Support stakeholder engagement activities,including information gathering, requirements collection, and business needsanalysis.
Nice to Have Experience in logistics, supplychain, or environmental services
Knowledge of sustainability metricsand ESG reporting frameworks
Experience with QuickBase forworkflow automation or custom applications
Exposure to geospatial data analysisor IoT-enabled waste management systems
Understanding of responsible AIpractices, including bias mitigation and ethical chatbot design
Proven experience creating advancedPower BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and UX best practices (nice to have)
