Salary: $67,000-$70,000 CAD + Benefits

I’m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Pastry Chef to join a luxury hotel operation in the heart of Banff.

This is a senior pastry leadership role, overseeing the pastry kitchen and leading the production of high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, chocolates, and confections across restaurants, banquets, weddings, VIP experiences, and in-room dining.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the pastry team

Create seasonal menus and creative pastry offerings

Oversee daily production and maintain exceptional quality standards

Manage food costs, labour, inventory, and waste

Ensure strong food safety and HACCP compliance





Collaborate with the wider culinary leadership team

The Ideal Candidate:

Pastry Arts Diploma or equivalent experience

Previous leadership experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume operation

Strong pastry production and operational knowledge

Creative, organized, and hands-on leadership style

Legally authorized to work in Canada
