• Capture client use cases and validate requirements
• Own the technology stack from backend to frontend

Requirements:
• 2–4 years in technology consulting or insurance delivery
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development
• Robust communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to translate technical solutions from requirements
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
