Become an essential part of a civil construction crew as an Equipment Operator in North Thompson Valley, Canada. This position requires operation of heavy machinery with a structured schedule of 14 days on and 7 days off.

Reporting directly to the Straw Boss, you will utilize your skills in operating construction equipment as part of various civil projects. The role includes not only equipment operation but also maintenance and safety inspections, ensuring a high standard of work quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate skid steers, excavators, and other machinery safely
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintenance tasks
• Engage in excavation and grading activities efficiently
• Load, unload,



and securely transport equipment and materials
• Work alongside team members to ensure effective project completion

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of equipment operation experience
• Valid Class 5 driver's license mandatory
• Must possess WHMIS and CSTS certifications
• Robust understanding of equipment operation standards
• Capable of performing physical labor and lifting heavy loads
