Reporting to the Director of Care, you’ll coordinate all facets of staff education and training, ensuring best practices aligned with regulatory standards. The position focuses on fostering a learning workplace that prioritizes patient safety and supports staff through effective orientation and competency validation practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement annual education plans for staff
• Ensure timely completion of essential training and orientation
• Facilitate coaching sessions for new and current staff




• Oversee education on emergency procedures and safety
• Align learning initiatives with CNO regulatory objectives

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse license with CNO
• Experience in Long-Term Care settings preferred
• Expertise in training development and adult education methods
• Ability to manage training records accurately using LMS
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners
