In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing JANA’s mission to enhance gas pipeline systems. Your responsibilities will include managing performance, conducting reviews, and fostering a culture of team growth and exceptional client service. You will also ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, driving alignment in achieving project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hiring and development of implementation teams
• Administer performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Create a culture of client service and knowledge-sharing
• Lead technical deployments and service improvements
• Maintain explicit communication with all project stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or relevant STEM field
• 3-5 years in software implementation roles
• At least 2 years in leadership positions
• Solid understanding of project management techniques
• Ability to travel within the US as needed
