This full time role involves directly working with newcomer women, helping them navigate the complexities of credential recognition and training pathways. Your experience in case management and sensitivity to diverse needs will enable you to create effective learning plans and ensure clients can access the resources they require for employment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients on credentialing and application processes
• Assess client needs for relevant training




• Facilitate training sessions and offer mentorship
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and training providers
• Monitor and report on client progress

Requirements:
• Degree in Career Counseling or equivalent
• 3+ years in skills training and case management
• Know-how on foreign credential systems
• Understanding newcomer challenges in employment
• Willingness to travel and flexible availability
