Description Are you an experienced Electrician looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a major industrial project? You will perform electrical installation, maintenance and testing activities in a large-scale industrial construction environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Essential Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and equipment
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and schematics
Install cable tray, conduit, grounding systems, lighting, and power distribution systems
Pull, terminate, and test electrical conductors and cables
Assist with the installation of industrial equipment and systems
Perform testing to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
Collaborate with superintendents’ other trades to complete work safely and efficiently
Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and hazard assessments
Adhere to all Ledcor and project safety policies, procedures, and site permit requirements
Qualifications Provincially recognized Journeyperson Electrician certification
Minimum 3+ years of industrial construction experience preferred
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Physically capable of performing demanding construction work
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or construction environment
Valid issued government photo Identification
Project-specific online orientations must be completed
Work Conditions 10 days on, 4 days off rotational schedule
Extended health benefits provided through CLAC
Weekly payment of wages
No camp or travel allowance provided
Candidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton Region
