Role Overview:
The Parts Manager, Aftermarket Services is the primary point of contact for customers seeking spare and replacement parts across our product lines. This role is responsible for managing the full parts lifecycle, from quoting and order processing through to delivery and follow-up, while building lasting customer relationships that support repeat business and long-term account growth. The Parts Manager works closely with our engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure customers receive accurate, timely, and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for aftermarket parts inquiries, quotes, and orders from existing and prospective customers
Manage the end-to-end parts order process including sourcing, pricing, lead time coordination, and delivery tracking
Maintain and develop the parts catalog, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, descriptions, pricing, and supersession records
Coordinate with engineering and operations to identify and source parts for legacy and current product lines
Support field service technicians and internal teams with parts identification and technical clarification
Develop and execute proactive outreach to existing accounts to drive aftermarket revenue growth
Manage warranty parts claims in coordination with quality and operations teams
Monitor and report on parts sales performance, backlog, and customer satisfaction metrics
Contribute to continuous improvement of aftermarket processes, tools, and documentation
Work Location and Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time, in person,
permanent position based at our Surrey, BC office.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel to customer sites, sister companies within Canada, and our Cumberland, BC location may be required

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a parts, service, or aftermarket role within an industrial, manufacturing, or engineered products environment
Familiarity with power transmission equipment such as gearboxes, couplings, or rotating machinery is a strong asset
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, parts manuals, and engineering documentation
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms is an asset
Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Post-secondary education in a technical, business, or related field is preferred
