Shape Extraordinary Places. Leave a Lasting Legacy.
Some projects create buildings. Others create destinations.
At Mark Anthony Group, we are the stewards of some of Canada's most iconic luxury estate wineries, including Mission Hill Family Estate, CedarCreek Estate Winery, Martin’s Lane Winery, and CheckMate Artisanal Winery. Nestled in the breathtaking Okanagan Valley, these properties are recognized not only for world-class wines, but also for exceptional architecture, hospitality, craftsmanship, and guest experiences.
Founded in 1972 as a family-owned wine business, Mark Anthony Group has grown into a global beverage company through bold thinking, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. While our portfolio includes internationally recognized brands such as White Claw®, Mike’s Hard Lemonade®, and Olé Cocktail Co., our estate wineries remain a reflection of our passion for creating remarkable places that inspire people and stand the test of time.

Develop business cases, project budgets, schedules, and capital authorization packages
Identify project risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies early in the development process
Deliver Exceptional Results:
Determine the most effective project delivery and procurement strategy for each project
Lead consultant and contractor selection, tendering, negotiation, and contract administration
Manage project execution from design through construction and occupancy
Monitor budgets, schedules, quality, and project performance
Review change management, claims, and risk mitigation strategies
Chair project meetings and maintain alignment across stakeholders

Support the long-term stewardship and evolution of our estate assets
What You Bring:
7+ years of experience managing architectural, development, hospitality, or commercial construction projects
Proven experience working alongside architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and project delivery processes
Expertise in project budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and financial management
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
A passion for architecture, design excellence, and creating memorable places
It Would Be Great If You Also Have:
Skilled experience in Architecture or Interior Architecture
