Your Role:
Lead engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You’ll drive plant efficiency, support process improvements, and guide cross‑functional teams in a hands‑on manufacturing workplace.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and execute engineering and plant-based projects
Manage cross-functional teams and project timelines
Drive process improvements and plant optimization using Lean principles
Oversee design, layout, and equipment upgrades
Track risks, issues, and project performance metrics




Support new equipment and line commissioning
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and plant operations
Experience with Lean, process improvement, and project leadership
Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Solid understanding of GD&T; and engineering standards
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
