We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our IT team and play a key role in the evolution of our enterprise data and analytics environment.
Reporting to the IT Director; you will work closely with business leaders and technical teams to transform data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects using Microsoft Fabric; Azure Data Lakehouse; OneLake; Synapse Analytics; Power BI; and modern data architecture.
What You'll Be Working On Participate in the analysis; design; and delivery of Business Intelligence solutions across multiple business units;
Gather; analyze; and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications;
Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise data warehouse and analytics ecosystem within the Microsoft Azure environment;
Design and optimize data models; ETL/ELT processes; and data integration workflows;
Develop interactive dashboards; reports; and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI;
Ensure data integrity; quality; governance; and security across the organization;
Collaborate with developers; IT teams; and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing analytics solutions;
Participate in testing; validation; deployment; and continuous improvement initiatives;
Support strategic projects focused on improving operational performance and business decision-making.




What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Computer Science; Business Intelligence; Information Systems; Business Analysis; or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence; Data Analytics; or Data Warehouse environments;
Strong hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Fabric
OneLake
Synapse Analytics
Power BI
DAX and Power Query
Strong expertise in data modelling; data warehouse architecture; and ETL/ELT processes;
Advanced SQL skills;
Experience with Python and PySpark;
Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements across multiple business units and stakeholder groups;
Experience managing access and security within Power BI and Azure environments; including RBAC and RLS;
Experience integrating data from APIs (REST/SOAP) is considered an asset;
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail;
Highly autonomous; organized; and self‑motivated;
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
