Responsibilities: Demonstrate expertise in procedural and processing requirements for various business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions with USCSI and consular applications (DS160), including but not limited to E1/E2, L1A/L1B and L Blanket, H, L, TN, O,P , PERM, I-140, AOS, etc.

Communicate effectively in Japanese and English with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and other stakeholders regarding case documents, case status, and procedural requirements

Independently analyze case documents and prepare business immigration applications for attorney review and submission

Take ownership of your case docket, ensuring timely communication with clients and attorneys

Assist with review of Japanese-language documents and communications, as needed

Stay up to date with immigration developments and share information with the team

Other duties as assigned

Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training, education, and experience

Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages

Previous experience in preparing business immigration applications with USCSI and Consular processing, including demonstrated understanding of visa petitions such as E1/E2, L1A/L1B, L Blanket, H, L, TN, OP, PERM, I-140, AOS, etc.

Experience with other types of immigration matters is a plus

Excellent multitasking and time management skills





Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while handling a high volume of cases

Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse professionals
