White Spot managers operate high-volume restaurants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, generally with ateam of 50 – 100 . As an Assistant General Manager, you are the General Manager’s “ right hand,” with ahuge opportunity to make adifference.

In addition to day-to-day shift management, Managers are responsible for:





Hiring and training teammembers

Creating apositive, welcoming workplace for theirteam

Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and foodsafety

Demonstrating a “ guest first” approachalways

Developing and meeting financialplans

Coordinating in-storepromotions

Promoting their restaurant in the localmarket

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as arestaurant manager

Passion for service and commitment toquality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of restaurant operational controls and financialstatementsA proven record of training and developing ateam

A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements

High energy and awinning attitude

Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
