YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Define and implement the sector’s strategy, while planning and optimizing maintenance activities.
Optimize asset management and equipment performance.
Support operations and lead technical projects.
Lead and develop technical teams.
Ensure financial performance, continuous improvement, and compliance with health and safety standards.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in mechanical engineering




5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
Member of the OIQ (an asset)
Experience in a multi-site environment (an asset)
Bilingualism (French and English) to communicate effectively with our teams, clients, and partners across Canada and internationally
