Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fundraising campaign strategies and operational goals
• Cultivate relationships with key charity partners
• Manage the Finance department in conjunction with executive leadership
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Department Manager(s)

Requirements:

• Financial literacy with proven budget oversight experience
