Reporting to the Lead Quality Specialist, this role involves program oversight, ensuring compliance, and direct problem-solving. Your expertise will help Shaw Precast maintain its standing as one of Eastern Canada's top precast manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and confirm fabrication components’ compliance
• Monitor adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Optimize departmental workflows within budget
• Implement corrective actions through detailed analyses
• Exchange valuable insights with Engineering and Sales teams
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Civil or Materials Engineering
• Proficient in blueprint interpretation
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Quality Management and Process Control
• Background in materials testing is beneficial
