Job Title – Lead BSA Snyk
Location – Remote (USA or Canada)
Role Type – Contract (6 months with potential extension)
Must Have Skills:
Demonstrated expertise with Snyk, Veracode, and application security concepts
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise migration or transformation programs
Solid leadership experience managing and mentoring Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts across multiple workstreams
Experience tracking enterprise migration progress, mitigating risks, and driving successful delivery
Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills
Responsibilities and Job Details:




Lead the Snyk onboarding factory supporting enterprise-wide migration from Veracode to Snyk
Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts
Track migration progress across multiple applications and workstreams
Coordinate resources and priorities to ensure timely project execution
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks impacting migration timelines and deliverables
Ensure quality, consistency, and successful completion of migration activities
Prepare and present executive-level status reports, metrics, and program updates
Communicate program progress and key milestones with senior stakeholders
Manage escalations and remove blockers to maintain migration momentum
Collaborate with technical and business teams to support successful application onboarding
Drive strategic planning and execution for a complex enterprise security transformation initiative
