Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR duties at the branch, in a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 2–3 days a week. You will handle hiring inquiries, screen Field staff, coordinate interviews, maintain HR files, and assist with payroll, advantages, and safety programs. In addition, you will support recruitment for Administrative roles, coordinate information sessions, and ensure compliance with provincial regulations.
