What youll do: The Meat Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the Meat department operations while maintaining a profitable department, high quality products and superb service levels. The manager implements marketing ideas to promote the business, encourages a high level of employee engagement, maintains revenue and expense budgets, and meets budgeted productivity while keeping quality and guest service consistently high.
Ensure established sale targets and margins are obtained
Explore opportunities to grow sales and increase margin
Lead training and development of team members with the department

Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
You have 3 - 6 years experience in a retail setting with at least 1 year of in a leadership role
