Paradigm has opportunities for Architects to employ their knowledge, skills and techniques to deliver and implement initiatives and enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology.
The role will be based onsite for our customers who are in Winnipeg and/or Regina.
Kindly note candidates must reside in Canada to qualify.

Each requirement we receive varies, but the skillset may include:
8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Application Architecture, or related technical leadership roles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
TOGAF certification or equivalent architecture experience is considered an asset
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions, applications, integrations, and cloud-based architectures
Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture patterns
Experience designing secure applications and integrations, including authentication, authorization, SSO, RBAC, certificates, service accounts, and identity management
Strong understanding of microservices, API-first architectures, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Experience designing and documenting application, infrastructure, integration, and data architectures
Hands-on experience developing architectural artifacts including component diagrams, data flow diagrams, integration models, and solution blueprints
Experience with Azure technologies including Functions, Kubernetes, Logic Apps, Event Hub, APIM, Azure Active Directory, Cosmos DB, SQL, Redis,



Key Vault, Monitor, and related services
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OpenAPI standards, GraphQL, and up-to-date integration patterns
Experience working within Agile, Scrum, and traditional project delivery environments
Strong understanding of networking, security architecture, cloud governance, and enterprise technology standards
Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
Experience presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Duties may include:
Define solution architectures that align business objectives, technology strategies, and project requirements
Lead architecture workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define future‑state solutions
Develop architecture deliverables including solution designs, architecture diagrams, standards, roadmaps, and technical recommendations
Design secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable enterprise applications and integrations
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, developers, analysts, and operational support teams
Support solution delivery teams through design reviews, architecture governance, and implementation oversight
Evaluate current‑state environments and identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and risk reduction
Design and review cloud-based architectures and migration strategies
Develop integration architectures leveraging APIs,



microservices, event‑driven solutions, and third‑party services
Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to assess scope, risks, dependencies, and architectural impacts
Establish and promote architecture standards, reusable patterns, and best practices across projects
Contribute to technology roadmaps, strategic planning, and enterprise architecture initiatives
Support security, compliance, governance, and operational readiness requirements within solution designs
Participate in architecture reviews, project status meetings, and stakeholder presentations
Provide documentation and transition support to operational and support teams
