This is a continuous job posting and will be used to fill multiple permanent, full‑time Senior Clinician (Clinical Program Therapist 4) vacancies for the Minnesota Sex Offender Program.

The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is a residential, sex offense specific treatment program in a modified therapeutic community and secure setting that provides services to over 700 individuals who have been civilly committed for sexual offending. MSOP is a national leader in the industry and is committed to providing services on the leading edge of the comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and management of clients. With facilities located in Moose Lake and St. Peter, MN, MSOP offers a stable career where you can make a meaningful impact every day. MSOP Moose Lake site serves clients in the earlier stages of treatment in a secure setting.

Senior Clinician Primary Responsibilities Include

Providing group therapy and some individual counseling

Preparing written documentation for internal and external audiences

Creating treatment plans

Delivering psycho‑educational curriculums

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Conducting diagnostic and other assessmentsProviding clinical leadership

Minimum Qualifications

Master's or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, or related field AND

Licensure in the State of Minnesota as a mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LP, LPCC, LMFT)
