Key Responsibilities:



• Support program participants with consistent assistance • Collaborate with the Outreach Coordinator and team members • Monitor and plan activities according to program requirements • Engage in limited program administration tasks • Ensure positive relationships with participants and stakeholders

Requirements: • Previous outreach experience required • Minimum two years in a related role supporting individuals with disabilities • Certification in First Aid Level 1 • Satisfactory background checks required • Reliable vehicle for transportation needs
