What You’ll Need





- Previous labourer experience in industrial, construction, oil and gas, or maintenance environments (asset)
- Experience working on shutdowns, turnarounds, or outage projects (required)
- Ability to safely use common hand tools and equipment
- Solid understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team
- Physically able to lift, carry, climb, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work 10-12+ hour shifts, overtime, and consecutive days during shutdowns
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
