Your responsibilities will include training regional staff, managing financial transactions, and ensuring maintenance issues are handled efficiently. This role will allow you to utilize your administrative capabilities and provide top-notch service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and assist regional staff effectively
• Administer purchase orders and manage utility validations
• Input maintenance requests into Yardi system
• Prepare various correspondence for residents
• Undertake leasing duties including application reviews
Requirements:
• Three years of experience in administration
• Familiarity with property management beneficial
• Proficient in Yardi and MS Office applications
• Robust customer communication skills
• Willing to travel up to 50% for work
