We are seeking a highly motivated individual to spearhead the start-up of a Stem Cell Laboratory. This essential role requires expertise in quality assurance, laboratory operations, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will participate in planning, equipment validation, SOP development, and staff training while ensuring adherence to rigorous standards and accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the start-up project for the stem cell laboratory
• Develop timelines, risk assessments, and resource plans
• Assist in laboratory design and construction activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders including clinicians and vendors
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• CMLTO License required
• Minimum 5 years in laboratory operations and quality assurance
• Experience with stem cell and regulatory standards necessary
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills required
