As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and be pivotal in executing recruitment strategies for Aecon's Utilities division. Your expertise in full-cycle recruitment, along with a proactive sourcing approach, will align with business needs, ensuring high-quality hires that resonate with our core values of safety and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for the Utilities division
• Identify and build talent pipelines for assigned roles




• Provide strategic advice to hiring managers
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Analyze recruitment trends for process improvement

Requirements:
• 5+ years in recruitment, 3+ in a strategic TA role
• Experienced in Canadian and U.S. hiring
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools
• Creative problem solver capable of independent work
