The York Region District School Board invites applications for Indigenous Language and International Languages Teachers from September 2026. This position requires you to design effective lessons and ensure the safety of all students. Successful candidates will be OCT qualified and can teach grades 9-12 language credit programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and coordinate engaging language curricula
• Ensure a safe, equitable, and inclusive learning space
• Communicate effectively with parents and administrators
• Promote parental interest in language education
• Supervise students as required

Requirements:
• OCT certification for credit teaching
• Fluency in Greek considered an asset
• Prior experience teaching languages is preferred
• Qualification in both Intermediate and Senior levels
• Solid organizational and communication skills
