Are you experienced in leading large-scale social media platform implementations?

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of a high-visibility social media enablement project

Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans

Drive change management strategies to promote user adoption and platform engagement

Collaborate daily with internal teams, including Compliance, Marketing, and Platform Support

Prepare and present executive status reports and governance documentation

Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all levels

Support adherence to regulatory and corporate compliance standards in social media activity

Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or risks that arise

Desired Skill-Set

5-7 years of large-scale program or project management experience

Proven experience with platform migration or system implementation initiatives

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Expertise in change management and user adoption strategiesExcellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities in rapid-paced environments





Ability to prepare high-quality reports and governance documentation

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach

Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing platforms

Nice to Have

PMP certification

Experience in financial services or regulated environments

Prior involvement with social media enablement tools or strategic digital marketing initiatives
