This role emphasizes hands-on experience with SOX 404 programs, requiring collaboration with business process owners and stakeholders. You will oversee the execution of the compliance program while providing guidance to control owners on effective documentation and management practices. Your expertise will help improve the control environment, ensuring alignment with audit expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support SOX compliance program planning and reporting
• Partner with process owners for control remediation
• Design and enhance internal controls across processes




• Review and update Risk and Control Matrices
• Coordinate remediation across multiple workstreams

Requirements:
• CPA, CIA, CISA designation preferred
• 5+ years at Big 4 accounting firm or 10+ years in internal controls
• Robust experience with SOX 404 and ICFR programs
• Knowledge of COSO Framework and PCAOB standards
• Understanding of financial reporting risks
