Overview
We are building a candidate pipeline for upcoming ServiceNow Developer and ServiceNow Architect opportunities supporting a confidential government project in Ottawa. Project details will be shared at later stages of the process. These roles are on-site and ideal for professionals with strong ServiceNow experience who already hold a Secret clearance or are eligible to obtain one.

Key Responsibilities (may Include)
ServiceNow Developers

Design, develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules

Customize workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies and scripts

Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems

Support enhancements, troubleshooting and ongoing platform improvements

ServiceNow Architects

Lead ServiceNow solution design and technical architecture

Define platform standards, best practices and implementation approaches

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications

Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform (Developer or Architect level)

Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB,



HRSD or custom apps)

Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one

Ability to work in office in Ottawa

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Have

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA or equivalent)

Experience supporting Government of Canada or regulated environments

Experience working on long-term enterprise ServiceNow implementations
