We currently have a rare opening for an experienced Parts Advisor who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in getting the details right, and wants to be part of a dealership where their contribution matters.

You bring a solid work ethic and a results-focused mindset

You are organized, accurate, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

You have 5+ years of OEM parts experience; Ford parts experience is a strong asset

You have a valid driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract

You are detail-oriented and take pride in doing things right the first time

You are solution-oriented and enjoy solving problems for technicians, customers, and teammates

You are a self-starter who takes initiative and follows through

You have experience with PBS or a similar dealer management system; training will be provided if needed

You are comfortable using business productivity software and learning new tools

What you’ll do:





Accurately look up required parts and provide pricing and availability to our fast-paced service department and growing retail and wholesale customer base

Support receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory

Help maintain accurate inventory and a well-run parts department

Perform regular lifting and occasional heavy lifting as part of daily department operations

Keep the parts department clean, organized, and professional

Work closely with service, sales, and other departments to strengthen the dealership’s team-first approach
