Elevate student-athlete performance as a Full time Assistant Squash Coach at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and fostering academic excellence in athletics.
The Assistant Squash Coach will provide guidance and instruction to student-athletes, collaborate with the Head Coach, and help organize games and practices. You will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting high-caliber athletes and ensuring a supportive environment for academic achievement and athletic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and evaluation to student-athletes
• Schedule and organize games and practices effectively

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of coaching experience in squash
• Strong communication skills essential
• Proficiency in Google Suite required
• Current CPR and first aid certification mandatory
