What You’ll Need





- At least 2 years experience operating equipment (haul trucks, wiggle wagon, dozers, graders, excavators) in mining, civil earthworks, pipelines, sawmills, pulp and paper mills, manufacturing, or highway construction
- High School Diploma, GED, CAEC, or 10+ years of work experience
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Ability to work a 6 days on/6 days off rotation (three days on, three nights on, six days off; 12-hour shifts)
- Ability to complete walk-arounds, safety checks, and field level risk assessments
- Commitment to safety and following operating standards and procedures
- Ability to report incidents, damage, and near misses immediately
- Strong communication skills to update supervisors and meet goals
