What Will Your Role Involve?
Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and sincerely thanking them
Process guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, modifications, and cancellations
Assign rooms, issue room keys, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
Handle monetary transactions and guest billing
Prepare daily reports (arrivals, departures), identify special requests, and verify report accuracy
Address guest complaints and make appropriate decisions to ensure guest satisfaction
Follow and apply all Marriott brand policies, procedures, and standards
Work closely with all hotel departments to provide an outstanding guest experience and build customer loyalty
Inform guests about local attractions, dining options, and activities in the area
Perform any other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Professional or college diploma in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in customer service
Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) due to regular interactions with an international clientele
Robust computer skills, including Excel and Word
Knowledge of POSITOUCH and LIGHTSPEED systems is considered an asset
Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as required
