Canora Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Canora, Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and handle phone inquiries professionally
- Assist with prescription entry, labelling, packaging, and medication preparation under supervision
- Receive, stock, and monitor inventory and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment
- Support administrative tasks, insurance claims, and prescription transfers
- Assist with daily pharmacy operations as required
Qualifications
- Pharmacy Assistant experience in a retail pharmacy preferred
- Experience with Kroll and prescription data entry is an asset
- Pharmacy Assistant certification/training is an asset
- Robust communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes when required
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Store hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), Saturday (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m)
