- Ensure regular monitoring of operations, deliveries, and pickups via the computer system in order to have real-time status updates of drivers’ actions in the field
- Update various pieces of information in the computer system (TruckMate and Isaac)
- Effectively manage unexpected operational issues
- Communicate smoothly with drivers and clients
- Collaborate with various operational departments
- Perform any other related tasks

Schedule : Monday to friday 1.30pm to 10pm

Diploma in Logistics or Operations or equivalent experience

2 to 5 years of experience in Dispatching LTL Freights

Knowledge in Truckmate and isaac

Strong organizational skills and multitask

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

Ability to solve problems and make decisions

Strong logical skills and making sure the freights are moving constantly

Knowledge of Road Transportation laws and regulations (Bill 430)
