In this role, you will have the prospect to:

Secure the best prices and purchasing terms in line with cost-reduction objectives
Negotiate contracts with new suppliers and foster strong business relationships
Participate in the approval of new sourcing channels
Support the sales team in customer bids and price negotiations
Analyze past consumption and forecast raw material needs
Maintain purchasing-related databases (MRP, prices, items, suppliers)
Contribute to supplier evaluations
Develop an effective procurement strategy tailored to the company’s growth.
Identify new sourcing opportunities and optimize the supplier network.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality procedures

Profile With the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:

Certificate in Supply Chain Management
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting




Ability to multitask and be versatile
Good understanding of the supplier negotiation process
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and a structured approach
Strong time management and stress management skills
Must be available to travel occasionally
Bilingualism (French and English)
